About these terms
FiscFort is a brand of Cloud Acropolis UAB and is powered by Cloud Acropolis. These terms apply to the use of FiscFort services. The documents of Cloud Acropolis also apply: Cloud Acropolis Terms of Service and Cloud Acropolis Privacy Policy.

General rules of conduct
The customer acknowledges and agrees that its use of the Services, including any content it submits, will comply with these terms and with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations, and that it will not collect or harvest any non-public or personally identifiable information about another user or any other person or entity without their express prior written consent.
The customer will not use the Services in a manner (as determined by Cloud Acropolis) that:
- engages in any denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) or other cyber attack on any asset anywhere in the world;
- is illegal, or promotes or encourages illegal activity;
- promotes, encourages or engages in child pornography or the exploitation of children;
- promotes, encourages or engages in terrorism or violence against people, animals or property;
- promotes, encourages or engages in spam or unsolicited bulk e-mail, or in computer or network hacking or cracking;
- infringes the intellectual property rights of another user or any other person or entity;
- violates the privacy or publicity rights of another user or any other person or entity;
- interferes with the operation of the Services or other customers;
- contains or installs viruses, worms, bugs, Trojan horses or other code designed to disrupt, damage or limit the functionality of any software or hardware;
- contains false or deceptive language, or unsubstantiated claims, regarding Cloud Acropolis or its Services.
The customer will not copy, distribute or modify any part of the Services, except where expressly authorized by Cloud Acropolis.
Consequences of violation
The customer is legally and financially liable for its use of the Services. If these terms are not respected:
- Cloud Acropolis will terminate the service immediately and unconditionally;
- Cloud Acropolis will send the technical logs to the customer with the termination;
- Cloud Acropolis will send all customer information and the logs to the regulatory, legal and security authorities;
- Cloud Acropolis will charge a minimum fee to cover the damage costs, which may increase depending on the type of damage.
No spam
Cloud Acropolis does not tolerate the transmission of spam and monitors traffic for signs of it. Spam means sending unsolicited commercial or bulk e-mail, or other unsolicited messages, without the recipient's prior confirmed consent. Commercial or bulk messages may only be sent to recipients who have opted in, and must include a legitimate return address, the sender's physical address and an opt-out method.
If a service is used in connection with spam, Cloud Acropolis may redirect, suspend or cancel it.
Payment terms
At the end of each period (monthly or yearly) the customer receives an invoice. The customer has a maximum of 15 days to pay it before the services are suspended. If payment does not arrive within 30 days of the invoice date, the services will be recycled and data will be deleted.
We accept credit cards, bank transfers and PayPal. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
For billing disputes, contact support within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
