FiscFort is a brand of Cloud Acropolis UAB and is powered by Cloud Acropolis. This privacy policy applies to fiscfort.com and to the online services offered under the FiscFort brand.

How we process your personal data

We save and use your personal data only to process your orders and to get in touch with you. If you registered on our client portal, we also inform you about disruption notifications from our data centers.

What data we collect

Registration data

When you register with us we collect and process the data needed to process your order, such as your name, address, telephone number, payment information and e-mail address. When you pay by PayPal, we do not collect or store payment details such as credit card numbers; you give these directly to the payment provider. You can delete your account by sending a deletion request to info [at] fiscfort.com.

E-mail addresses

If you registered on our client portal, we store your e-mail address. We delete it when you delete your account or no longer buy products and services from us.

Server log files

Whenever you visit our websites, we automatically store certain data: IP address, browser type and version, time, date and the website you came from. The IP address is saved for 7 days and then anonymized.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use fiscfort.com. Analytics cookies are set only after you click Accept in the cookie banner; if you decline, no analytics tracking is loaded.

Analytics data of users is deleted or anonymized after 14 months. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

Who we forward your data to

We do not use your name or company information to advertise our own services unless we have an agreement with you and your company. Data may be passed on in these cases:

• Payment by credit card: an external payment service provider processes the payment and collects your information directly.
• State authorities and courts, when required by law.
• Google, as analytics provider, only if you accepted analytics cookies.

Where your data is processed

Data of our services is processed exclusively in our data centers in the EU. Analytics data, if you accept analytics cookies, is processed by Google.

Your rights

You have the right to information about the personal data we process. If a request is not made in writing, we may ask you to prove your identity.

Where the law provides it, you also have the right to rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing within the statutory provisions, and the right to data portability.

You have the right to lodge a complaint about our processing of personal data with a data protection supervisory authority.

You are not legally obliged to provide your data to us, but some services cannot be used without it.
