Partner Accountant Terms
Version 1 · October 2026
These terms apply between Cloud Acropolis UAB, which operates FiscFort (“FiscFort”), and the accountant who registers as a partner (“you”). By registering as a partner accountant you confirm that you have read and accept them.
1. The partnership
You act as an independent professional, not as an employee, agent or representative of FiscFort. FiscFort provides the platform and brings the customers. You provide the accounting work for the customers assigned to you. There is no exclusivity: you may serve other clients outside FiscFort.
2. Registration and verification
- You give accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
- FiscFort checks your company registration and asks for identification and proof of address. Without both, FiscFort cannot approve your registration.
- FiscFort approves or rejects your registration, and may withdraw its approval if the information proves false or these terms are broken.
- FiscFort's verification is not a state accreditation and is not a statement about the quality of your work. The designation as a FiscFort partner accountant applies only while you are approved.
3. Customers and assignment
FiscFort assigns customers to you after they have paid. FiscFort does not guarantee any number of customers. You receive an email for each assignment. Your access to a customer's environment ends as soon as the customer's service is no longer active.
4. Roles and responsibilities
You are responsible for your professional work for each customer, including reviewing the books, signing off and filing declarations with the authorities. Nothing is submitted to the authorities automatically: you review and decide.
FiscFort is responsible for the platform, its hosting, backups, updates and support. FiscFort does not give tax or accounting advice.
5. Communication with customers
Communication with customers about the service takes place through tickets in the FiscFort portal, so that both sides can follow it.
6. Confidentiality and data protection
- You keep all customer information confidential and use it only to provide the service to that customer.
- You work inside the customer's own environment and do not copy customer data out of it, except where the law or the service requires it.
- You follow data protection law (GDPR) and tell FiscFort without delay of any security incident or lost access credentials.
- The logins given to you are personal. You do not share them.
- Your duty of confidentiality continues after the partnership ends.
7. Fees and payment
- For each paid monthly invoice of a customer assigned to you, you earn €100. Invoices with a zero total do not count. Each invoice counts once.
- An invoice is credited to the accountant assigned when the customer paid. If nobody was assigned at that time, it is credited to the first accountant assigned afterwards.
- If an invoice is refunded in full, the €100 is reversed. Partial refunds are adjusted by hand. If the amount was already paid out, your balance can become negative and is offset against later earnings.
- Your balance is what you have earned minus what has been paid to you. A smaller payment leaves the difference owed to you; a larger payment carries over as credit.
- Payments are made by bank transfer to the bank account you give at registration. Each payment is recorded in your portal with the bank document.
- FiscFort sets the price that customers pay.
8. Invoicing (self-billing)
FiscFort issues the invoices for your fees on your behalf (self-billing) and states “Self-billing” on them where the law requires it. By accepting these terms you agree to this procedure. You check each statement and tell FiscFort without delay of any error. If you are registered for VAT, tell FiscFort so that the invoices can be issued correctly.
9. Liability
Each party is responsible for its own work. You are responsible for your professional work and sign-off. FiscFort provides the platform with reasonable care and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect losses.
10. Ending the partnership
Either party may end the partnership by written notice (email is enough). Fees for invoices paid before the end remain payable. Your access to customer environments ends when the partnership ends. Confidentiality continues.
11. Changes to these terms
FiscFort may update these terms. The current version is on this page, and FiscFort tells you by email about changes that affect you.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes go to the courts of Vilnius, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
